Our People

Celia M. Mills, M.S.N, B.S.N, R.N., P.H.N, PCCN

I started working at RRH 23 years ago as an entry level RN on the surgical floor, since than I have climbed all four steps of the clinical ladder and have been lucky enough to be promoted to four management positions with increasing responsibilities. RRH has supported me in obtaining my BSN and MSN and has been pivotal in my growth as a nurse. I am proud to be the Director of Nursing and to have the privilege of leading dedicated and experienced nursing staff.

Danny Mower, Controller

I was born in this hospital and three of my children have been born here as well. I have been continually interested in the improvement of the hospital and it is exciting to be on the other side of things now. It is a pleasure to work at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital and see all the efforts that go into this great benefit to our community. We have received excellent care here and now I have the privilege to help the hospital to become even better. This experience also gives me the opportunity to greatly enhance my career skills.

Margret A. Hickman, B.S.N., R.N.

I initially came to RRH as a Traveling Nurse, in 2007. Earlier, I had been an employee at a number of diverse hospitals, and experienced different types of clinical practice, in Louisiana and California. I found RRH to be a fine place to apply my acquired experience and skills. When a posting for Interim Clinical Manager appeared, I put traveling days behind me, and settled in here. Since then I have been Pediatric Clinical Manager, and am now managing all of Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Maternal-Child and Peds. RRH has certainly been a great career choice for me.
