About Ashley

Ashley McQuade is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. In 2003 Ashley attended Cerro Coso Community College where she earned her LVN. In 2015, Ashley graduated from Unitek College and earned her RN/ADN and was selected class Valedictorian. Ashley then attended the University of Southern New Hampshire and earned her BSN In 2017 and graduated Summa Cum Laude and in 2019 she earned her MSN with a concentration in Patient Safety and Quality. In 2022, Ashley graduated from Duquesne University.

With over 20 years of nursing experience which spans the healthcare continuum, beginning as a CNA at age 16, in long term care. Ashley takes great pride in experiencing each level within the nursing profession including LVN and RN roles, and eventually obtaining her terminal degree in nursing and FNP certification. She is passionate about providing high quality healthcare that supports the individual needs of my patients and developing therapeutic relationships that cultivate trust and shared decision making in an effort to assist patients in reaching their healthcare goals.

During her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her 4 children as well as traveling abroad and experiencing different cultures. She also enjoys cooking and cake decorating.
