About Cierra

Cierra Cameron, a Ridgecrest native, is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in the Rural Health Telemedicine Department. Cierra graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Community Health from Azusa Pacific University. Most recently, she received a Master’s of Science in Professional Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Cierra has worked in the mental health field in acute settings since 2013 in various positions including assessment counselor, case manager, and crisis intervention specialist. She has worked with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings. Cierra has experience working with clients with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement issues, personality disorders, and schizophrenia.
