About Sharon

Sharon Clay-Matemavi received her Master’s of Science Nursing in Woman’s Healthcare at University of Texas in Houston, Texas. She received her post MSN certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and practiced as a FNP for many years before following up with her passion of psychiatry. She then completed the PMHNP program and is Board Certified by the ANCC. Sharon has treated patients in correctional settings, inpatient hospitals and outpatient clinics. She has Strong analytical skills, easily assess conditions and implements appropriate interventions.
