RRH Would Like to Welcome Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Evaline “Joy” Trevias!

As a result of Joy's arrival at RRH, we are pleased to now offer Pediatric Occupational Therapy offering treatment for common diagnoses such as:

  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Developmental Delays
  • Down Syndrome
  • Feeding Difficulties and Aversions
  • Genetic Conditions/ Chromosomal Anomalies
  • Gross and Fine Motor Delays
  • Hypotonia/Hypertonia
  • Neurological Conditions
  • Sensory Processing Disorders
  • Social Skills Deficits
  • Visually impaired/ Ocular Motor Difficulties

Joy is originally from San Diego, California, and completed a double bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. From working in special education classrooms at a preschool to being an inclusion facilitator and respite caregiver for both the YMCA of Orange County and United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County, she found inspiration to pursue a Master’s in Occupational Therapy at D’Youville College. Occupational Therapists have the unique ability to help children with tasks of daily living, playing, learning, and socializing through structured activities and play. Joy loves working with people of all ages, especially helping children to grow, learn, and be more independent at school, play, and in the community. In her free time, Joy enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being a foodie.
