All SilverSneakers classes (including Gentle Chair Yoga) and Rock Steady Boxing classes will be cancelled on Monday, July 8th and Tuesday July 9th.
We will post an update should any more classes need to be cancelled. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope all of our dedicated participants are doing well.
