RRH Advisory & Update: Call-backs for COVID-19 Test Results (7.23.20)

We are aware there has been a significant delay in results returned to us due to state-wide backlogs at the external lab. Please be assured that our teams are working as diligently as possible to notify patients of their results as soon as they are received back here at RRH.

We understand the urgency in patients wanting to know their results, however the hospital’s COVID testing nurse triage team are being in inundated with calls and texts regarding results, which is slowing down their ability to process and notify people of the results we do have available.

Please know our teams are working around the clock with their best efforts to rise to this challenge. We thank everyone for their patience during this uncertain time.
