COVID-19 Vaccine Advisory & Response: Vaccine Appointment Booking, Waitlists & Call-Backs (1.26.21)

Due to current vaccine shortages, we are only doing call-backs and booking appointments as vaccine becomes available to us. RRH continues to work with the county on efforts to receive more vaccine.

If you have left a message previously and have not received a call/message from us, please continue to be patient. You will have been placed on our waitlist and will be contacted once it is your turn in line - AND when vaccine is available. We will not be calling to confirm you are on a waitlist – we will call you once we can confirm an appointment. We cannot advise how long it will be until you hear back from us at this stage, as call-backs are based on vaccine supply and availability.

If you have contacted us, please continue to ensure your voicemail boxes are set up and able to accept new messages when we call you back. If your voicemail is full and we are unable to leave a message we will be required to move to the next person in line. Our outbound calls to you will display as (760) 446-3551.

There is no need to call a 2nd or 3rd time. But if you have not yet called, and you would like to be added to the RRH waitlist for a vaccine appointment, please call or text (833) 216-6663, leave a detailed message with your details and an RRH representative will contact you to schedule your date and time. We are continuing to return calls regarding COVID testing and results, as well as general queries regarding COVID-19.

Once more, please continue to be patient – we will call you back as soon as it is your turn and we have vaccine available for you.
