All Visitors are required to wear at minimum of a
surgical/procedure mask (N95 mask are okay). No cloth
mask allowed within the facility. RRH will provide a
disposable procedure mask if needed.
Routine Visiting Hours for Mountain View are from 8am to 6pm
daily. Routine Visiting Hours for the Intensive Care Unit are
9am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm. Routine visiting is limited to the
following:
As long as the patient is able to have visitors – 2 visitors will be
allowed.
Visiting Screening:
Please review the following list of symptoms – do not visit a
patient if you have any of the following symptoms:
- Currently COVID positive
- Fever or Chills – Temperature 100.4 or greater
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or Body Aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea and vomiting
- Diarrhea
Exceptions
If a patient comes from surgery to an inpatient room – a visitor is
allowed even if outside the visiting hour timeframes. Time will be
limited as per the charge nursing/nursing supervisor.
Additional Visitor Information
Up to 2 adult support persons allowed at all times:
- Pediatric Patients
- Labor and Delivery Patients
- Patients with Physical, Intellectual, and/or Developmental
- disabilities and patients with cognitive impairments
Critically ill and end of life patients – are allowed exceptions to the
above. This will be managed case by case by the nursing
supervisor.
