These basic care services can make a significant difference in your quality of life and make you feel safer knowing that someone will be close-by to assist you when you need them.

- Bathing, grooming and dressing assistance
- Activity and exercise promotion

- Shopping and meal preparation

- Transportation to appointments (scheduled in advance)
