Ridgecrest Regional Hospital’s Diabetes Empowerment Education Program, DEEP™, is a free, evidence-based education series for people living with prediabetes or diabetes.

This six-week program is led by certified peer educators and designed to help participants better understand diabetes, build confidence and learn practical tools for managing their health.
