RRH 2018 Meritorious Award

On Tuesday, May 14, 2019, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital (RRH) Employees nominated for the Meritorious Award for the Exceptional Employee, were invited with members of their families, to attend a special award and recognition dinner at the Springhill Suites, Ridgecrest, CA.
The following Ridgecrest Regional Hospital employees were recognized for the 2018 RRH Meritorious Award:

- Josephina (Jo Jo) Weeks – CN III Surgery
- Susan Bodnar – Director of Senior Services
- Jenifer Pelayo – Patient Access Manager
- Carmelina Lara – Housekeeping Aid, EVS
- Carey Drake – PTA, Rehab
- Donna Ingle – CN IV – OPP

The Meritorious Award program exists to highlight those employees who are exceptional in their value to the organization, deserving of special recognition. Exceptional employees were identified by their manager/supervisor, based on the criteria including: outstanding performance evaluation, demonstrated an intrinsic value to the organization, exceptional work effort, individual willingness to contribute time, knowledge, and expertise for the good of the organization; enthusiasm for his/her job; and has the respect of fellow employees and supervisors in the organization, self-motivation, individual initiative, and team participation.
