Huy D. Nguyen, DPM

About

 Dr. Huy David Nguyen is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in both foot and ankle surgery and primary podiatric medicine. He brings over two decades of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the Ridgecrest community. 

Dr. Nguyen earned his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of California, San Diego, before completing his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He went on to complete his surgical residency training through the University of Southern California at Delano Regional Medical Center. 

Since relocating to Ridgecrest in 2000, Dr. Nguyen has been deeply dedicated to serving local patients. Prior to joining Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, he operated his own private practice for more than 20 years and served as the Medical Director of the China Lake Surgery Center from 2016 to 2022. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time outdoors, especially golfing and fishing. He loves the tranquility of nature and values time spent with his family.
