Job Description
We’re looking for a compassionate
Certified Nurse Midwife who is dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to women and
families. In this role, you’ll support patients through prenatal
care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and women’s health services
while helping create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes
the well-being of patients and their loved ones.
You’ll use strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a patient-centered
approach to help guide care in a way that is respectful, collaborative,
and aligned with RRH’s mission to care for our community’s health.
Patient Care & Treatment
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care for women and families across the
continuum of care.
- Support patients through prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum
care, and women’s health visits.
- Focus on dignity, safety, education, trust, and respectful communication.
- Help each patient feel heard, respected, and informed throughout their
care experience.
- Guide patients through important health decisions with compassion and clear
communication.
- Reflect RRH’s commitment to high-quality, community-centered care.
Collaborative Teamwork
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and other members
of the care team.
- Support coordinated, patient-focused services across Women’s Health
and related care areas.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team members.
- Participate in care planning and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Help maintain a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- CNM License with MSN or DNP with a specialization in midwifery [Missing
education requirements]. A Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) License with
either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients,
families, and coworkers
