Why does Bella Sera exist?
Bella Sera provides post-acute care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and 24/7 supervision for individuals with complex medical needs.
What types of patients do we serve?
We serve patients requiring short-term rehab and long-term medical care - especially those transitioning from hospital care or referred by physicians, respite & comfort care.
What services are offered daily?
Services include three meals per day plus snacks, assistance with daily living activities, 24-hour nursing care, and various recreational & activity programs.
Patient-Specific FAQs
How often will health professionals visit patients?
Residents will be seen daily by CNA's, nursing staff and as required by a Physician and other health professionals.
What should patients bring with them?
Comfortable clothing, personal items (i.e. favorite blankets/robe, photographs, decor etc.) and any necessary medical equipment. All garments will be labeled at the facility to ensure all items are returned to the correct patient.
How is the rehab schedule determined?
Rehab staff will assess and create a schedule based on the patient's performance abilities.

What are the visiting hours?
Preferred visiting hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Is there a limit on the number of visitors?
Ideally 1-2 visitors per patient at a time. Larger groups can be accommodated elsewhere in the facility.
Can visitors bring food, pet visits, or personal items for patients?
Yes, subject to approval by the patient's physician and facility policies.

What types of insurance are accepted?
Bella Sera accepts most of the insurance plans as RRH, but all plans have
to be reviewed due to the level of care and individual coverage plans.

What are the costs involved?
Costs vary depending on the level of care and insurance coverage. Contact Bella Sera directly to have your plan reviewed. Private pay is also an accepted option.
