Behavioral Health Directory
Mental health, substance use, crisis support, counseling, support groups, and other behavioral health services are available throughout Ridgecrest and nearby communities.
RRH's Behavioral Health Directory provides a searchable collection of community resources, including crisis contacts, counseling and therapy services, NAMI programs, addiction resources, hospitals and clinics, support groups, and telemedicine options. Domestic Violence Resources
Support is available for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence or seeking a safe place to discuss their options.
Womenen's Center High Desert
We provide 24/7 confidential crisis intervention, referrals, resources, information, and non-judgmental support.

Classes, Programs, and Support Groups at RRH.
RRH offers free classes, support groups, wellness programs, and community events designed to help people stay healthy, connect with others, and find support close to home.
Through our Community Wellness Resource Center, community members can access health and wellness education, diabetes education, caregiver and condition-specific support groups, senior wellness programs, and other opportunities throughout the year. Programs include DEEP Diabetes Education, caregiver support groups, Senior Yoga, Rock Steady Boxing, Tai Chi, Journey to Happiness, and more.

Behavioral Health Directory
Transportation should not be a barrier to getting the care you need. RRH maintains a directory of non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation options serving Ridgecrest and surrounding communities.
Options include Medi-Cal transportation benefits, scheduled medical transportation, Dial-A-Ride, Kern Transit, taxis, rideshare services, and transportation resources for patients in Kern and San Bernardino counties. Because scheduling requirements vary, patients are encouraged to plan ahead; many services require advance reservations.
