RRH launches new payment platform to Improve the Patient Payment Experience

Your RRH Statement May Look Different. Here's Why and What to Do.

If you've recently received a statement from Ridgecrest Regional Hospital that looks a little different than usual, you're not alone. And there's nothing to worry about. We upgraded our patient payment portal. Here's what that means for you.

What Changed

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital has launched PersonaPay powered by RevSpring, a healthcare payment portal, to improve how patients receive statements and make payments. As part of this upgrade, our payment portal has been modernized to give you more options and a simpler experience.

Starting soon, your payment experience will be powered with:

Digital statements and easy online payments
Manage all family member accounts in one place
Flexible payment plan options
Enhanced support, real people, ready to help

All of it is legitimate. All of it is us.

Is This a Scam?

We get it; scam texts and fake statements are everywhere right now, and it's smart to be cautious. Here's how to know this is real:

✅ The notice will reference Ridgecrest Regional Hospital by name with an option to pay through our page www.rrh.org/pay

✅ PersonaPay is RRH's new payment platform, powered by RevSpring. Starting July, they are an extension of our patient financial services team. Calls, emails, or texts may come from PersonaPay, powered by RevSpring.

By phone: Call (760) 278-0498 or (888) 903-0168 during business hours [Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm]
By mail: Send a check to RRH Patient Financial Services Department, 1081 N. China Lake Blvd, Ridgecrest CA 93555
