RRH Statement Regarding Order of the State and Physician Vaccination Status

In response to questions from the community and local press, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital (RRH) would like to state that no RRH physician has been terminated due to their vaccination status.

RRH is required to comply with state regulations, or it will face substantial fines and could be closed down.

Under the Public Health Order of the State and other applicable law issued August 5, "facilities must be in full compliance with the Order by September 30, 2021."

We value our physicians, as we do all of our healthcare workers, but the hospital cannot ignore a mandate enforced by the state.
