What’s the pay rate for nurses at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital?

Our starting hourly rate for nurses in our Emergency, ICU & Surgery departments is $50.00. We can adjust the rate based on factors including education and years of experience in order to offer you a more competitive salary.

What travel accommodations do you offer new nurses?

We offer relocation allowances depending on where you’re moving from: $3000 for moves from within California, $5000 for moves from the Central/Midwest States, and $7000 for moves from states on the East Coast. Our human resources department can share information about local realtors and temporary rental housing available in Ridgecrest.

What is the closest airport to Ridgecrest?

The most popular airports are Bakersfield Airport (1 hr 50 min away), Ontario International Airport (2 hrs 20min away), Burbank Airport (2 hr 12 min away), Los Angeles International Airport LAX (2 hr 45 min away), Las Vegas Airport LAS (3 hr 30 min away). For those who like to fly their own planes, Inyokern airport is only 14 min away.
