We are seeking a Medical and Surgical Podiatrist to join our team as an
independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled provider with
a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. This role involves
diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the foot,
ankle, and lower extremities—including wound care, trauma, and surgical
intervention. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
support patients with complex needs and contribute to both clinic-based

Patient Care & Treatment
- Provide expert medical and surgical care for foot, ankle, and lower extremity
conditions, including wound care, fractures, infections, and diabetic
complications.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations across
both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform a range of podiatric procedures, minor in-office surgeries, and
hospital-based surgical interventions.
- Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans with patients and
caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Work with other healthcare professionals and provide consults for inpatient cases.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records using the hospital’s
electronic medical records system.
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain a reasonable patient load to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care.
Collaborative Teamwork
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- You’ll work with an assistant, and scribe service (or Ai scribe)
to better manage your administrative workload.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent Bedside Manners
- DPM degree from an accredited institution.
- An active Medical License is required to start. Assistance is available
for licensing.
- Residents are welcome to apply if they are completing their US residency
this year, as well as the board certification.
