Celebrating the first recipient for the Fred Hawkins’ EMT Memorial Scholarship

We are pleased to announce our first recipient for the Fred Hawkins’ EMT Memorial Scholarship. On Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 RRH Foundation held a ceremony to congratulate Jessica Jo Lowry in front of the main hospital with some of the foundation members, Liberty Ambulance staff, hospital staff, and Jessica’s family and friends. The scholarship funds will be paid out in two increments, for a total of $1200. Upon class completion, the testing fee for the National Registry of EMTs will be paid by RRH Foundation as well. We wish Jessica the best of luck as she begins her journey toward becoming an EMT.
