Dr. Goldstein is a graduate of New York University with a BA in Psychology. Late in her college career she discovered a passion for medicine and recognized the need for an increase in the number of female physicians who practice women’s health care, and so decided to pursue a career as an obstetrician and gynecologist. She graduated from NYU magna-cum-laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Goldstein received her MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland Ohio, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha honorary society for physicians and awarded the Edward C. Garvin Prize as the outstanding student in the field of obstetrics in her graduating class. Dr. Goldstein went on to complete her residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and The University of Texas/Parkland Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

Upon completing her residency, Dr. Goldstein returned to the New York metropolitan area, where she practiced obstetrics and gynecology for almost 20 years, while she built her family. More recently, Dr. Goldstein decided to move back to California, where she spent her teen years. Throughout her career, she has been committed to delivering the very best in women’s health care, utilizing the most up to date medical practices in combination with an old-fashioned interest in each of her patients and their wellbeing. Dr. Goldstein is now most pleased to have the opportunity to apply her holistic approach to women’s health, serving the women of Ridgecrest and its surrounding areas. When she is not at work she enjoys family time with her two children, attending concerts and festivals, and travel.
