Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program is back and completely free. Offered on-site at Bella
Sera in Ridgecrest, this
9-week course is approved by the California Department of Public Health and provides
hands-on experience in essential patient care skills.

Do I need experience to apply?
No prior experience is needed. This program is designed for beginners.
Just show up ready to learn.
Is the program really free?
Yes. There is no cost for tuition or books. You’ll only need to purchase
your own scrubs.
Where is the program held?
All classes take place at Bella Sera, located on the Ridgecrest Regional
Hospital campus.
Will I get a job after completing the course?
Completion of the course does not guarantee employment. However, students
who perform well during training may be considered for CNA positions at
Ridgecrest Regional Hospital.
What happens at the end of the program?
Students who complete the program with a score of 80% or higher are eligible
to take the California State Certification Exam for CNAs.
